Project Summery
SJP Building Group were engaged to be the principal contractor to investigate the cause of the water ingress to the lower level of this property during large storms and always having a damp feel in the lower level of this property. SJP Building Group found the source of water entering the property through the rear stormwater pit.
SJP Building Group dug up and removed the existing water pit and hard plumbed all rear stormwater pipes diverting the water from overflowing out of the pit onto the surrounding ground and down to the lower levels of the property. Hooking these pipes up has now charged the water to disperse to the overflow pipe on the street.
